"Updating this as the reply stating I am not seen as a customer is misleading. I am a former customer who had their policy cancelled only weeks in after not being able to make repairs to my roof in the middle of winter. There was no flexibility or empathy extended from this office and I would have rather been denied coverage upfront in the first place."

"I stopped by Mark's office to express my concern with increasing insurance costs. We had a frank and knowledgeable chat as to the reasons. We then reviewed my automotive coverage and we were able to reduce the premium based on my driving habits as I retired recently and was driving less. I am glad I stopped by.
